A sunny lighthearted dress that I believe dates to the late 40s - early 50s era. The bodice is fitted with darts, and has cap sleeves, and a large pointed collar. The four gore skirt uses the plaid diagonally in back. In the front, there are areas of gathering above the large patch flapped pockets, creating an emphasis.

CLOSURES: The dress unbuttons completely down the front using ten flat white plastic shank buttons. There is a snap at the waist. The dress has self-fabric belt loops but no belt. I have shown it in some photos with a belt from my closet - it is not included with purchase.
CONDITION: There is a very small hole in the skirt fabric at the upper inner corner of the patch pocket on the right side - see closeup with a dark object placed underneath. No other issues noted - no stains or tears.
